How to File a Workmanship Warranty Request Online

There are TWO STEPS that must be completed in order to for your Workmanship Warranty Request to be considered.

All fields are required and a request CANNOT BE processed without pictures of the alleged defect and your original EXOVATIONS contract.

Once both steps are sucessfully completed, then your claim will be reviewed, which can be up to 14 Business Days. Once your claim has been reviewed, we will reach out to you for next steps.

NOTE: Warranty claims for leaks and/or security concerns with doors/windows will be prioritized.

Your original EXOVATIONS contract is required for all Workmanship Warranty Claim Requests. Please provide the contract number (usually found on the first page of your contract, beneath the EXOVATIONS logo) and your contract date in the blanks below:
