We had our home painted by the Exovations team. CJ was a wonderful Project Manager and was in contact with us daily, either in person or by phone/text. Our paint crew - Hugo, Alfonso & Ricardo - were the best of the best. They were professional, kind, courteous, meticulous and did an amazingly beautiful job. The carpentry crew who prepped the house for painting was also wonderful. We are extremely happy and feel like we have a new house. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved in making this project easy on us with a beautifully finished home that we are so proud of.

I bought my home more than 10 years ago. It was built in the late 1970s and still had its original wood siding. Over time, the siding began to deteriorate, and I spent the past few years patching, painting, and repairing holes caused by birds and squirrels. Last fall, I decided it was time to repair or replace the siding, so I contacted several contractors. One contractor texted that he would stop by on a specific day and time but never showed up. Another came out twice and promised an estimate within a few days, but I never received one. An Exovations representative arrived on time, listened and answered my concerns and questions, took measurements and photos, and provided options and estimates during the same visit. He also explained the process, including that a Project Manager (PM) would be assigned to us. I chose Exovations to completely replace my house siding with Hardie Plank, as well as handle the painting and new gutters, and we could not have been happier with that decision. Our PM provided a detailed schedule outlining dates, materials, tasks, and objectives. Throughout the project, he responded immediately to any concerns, questions, or unexpected issues. We were so impressed with the work that we asked Exovations to replace our old front door: they did and that process was seamless as well. After a bad experience with a local contractor a few years ago, Exovations restored my trust. If you are considering a home project, I highly recommend giving Exovations a call.

We had an outstanding experience with Exovations, and we truly can’t say enough good things about the entire process. From start to finish, Oscar and his crew were exceptional. The scope of our project included replacing our deck, windows, and doors, repairing our front steps (where they uncovered and resolved a massive 10-foot hole), installing board and batten, and painting. Every part of the work was handled with incredible care and craftsmanship. Oscar was an absolute standout. He kept us informed every step of the way, communicated clearly, and made sure no detail was overlooked. His crew was just as impressive—true artists in their work. You could see the pride they took in every element of the project. What could have been a stressful renovation turned into a smooth and even enjoyable experience because of their professionalism and attention to detail. We are beyond thrilled with the results. Our home looks beautiful, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Oscar and the Exovations team, for such a fantastic job. We are truly grateful.

Best decision I made was to choose Exovations to renovate my home exterior with new hardie plank siding install, new gutters, light fixtures, and garage door! Starting with Andy from Sales, Cathy (color consultant), and Oscar (project manager), it was exceptional service all around. Project was completed on time and all crews (siding demo & install, paint, garage door) were pleasant and professional. All issues were corrected in a timely manner. Oscar was THE BEST! He was very responsive, professional, and very patient with me in explaining every detail. I highly recommend their service!

First let me say that I have had two projects completed by Exovations. Both are detailed below. Roof replacement: Totally pleased with the result. Started as planned.... early start..huge team that was well managed and efficient. completed in 2 days from 7-7 each day. Clean up and final review was flawless. Maybe cost a little more thanothers but worth the money. Deck:..... initial estimates were in my opinion high, but after seeing the workmanship of the deck crew (Mycah, Toni, and Gehu) could not be more pleased. These guys are fantastic carpenters that seem to be able to do it all. One additional point... they clean up the area 100% before their departure each day.... another example of work pride. Finally, the project superviosor managed the project from start to finish...thanks CJ

Exovations was truly great to work with. On the front end, John was knowledgeable, personable, and highly communicative. He exemplified a level of professionalism that is genuinely rare in their industry. That also translated to their project management - my experience with Jake was equally as great. He came to site before, during, and after the installation. He provided a detailed installation schedule well beforehand and was flexible with our travel plans. John and Jake both clearly answered all my questions and helped us fully understand the granular scope details. Their shingle and gutter quality looks top tier. The roof crew performed a jaw-dropping one-day effort, even cleaning up the full property with a leaf blower and running a magnet around for nails in the best interest of our little man. And to boot, they were price competitive against 3 other bidders. For all these reasons and more, we highly recommend the Exovations team for all exterior projects!

When we started investigating repairs to our James Hardie siding, we were informed that a full replacement was needed. Based on their reports, we moved forward. Andy (sales) and Jake (job foreman) really helped make the decision a good one. Both of them and their crews were top notch. They eased the pain of spending something we didn't think our twenty-one year old house needed, and the quality of their work along with the lifetime craftsmanship warranties now gives us more peace of mind. I would highly recommend you use a certified Hardie installer if the need ever arises and give the crew at Exovations a chance to earn your business. Lots of compliments from the neighbors with the finished product and brand new painted look!

I had a great experience working with Exovations for my exterior home project including six new windows, a back door, rotted wood replacement, new gutters, and painting. From start to finish, the team was exceptional. My sales representative, Byron Nichelson, was extremely knowledgeable. He spent significant time understanding my needs, thoroughly explaining my options, and delivering a detailed quote at a reasonable price along with a clear project timeline. The transition to my project manager, Michael Vanden, was completely seamless. Michael was truly amazing. He outlined a clear plan, reviewed all requirements before work began, and kept communication transparent throughout the entire project. What sets Michael apart is how incredibly hands-on and skilled he is. When I pointed out a few minor cosmetic items, he jumped right in and fixed them himself on the spot rather than waiting to reschedule the original crew. Exovations delivered quality work, top-tier project management, and a stress-free experience from start to finish. I will definitely be using them for future home projects!

We are thrilled with the work Exovations did. They replaced our aluminum siding with board & batten, added shutters, added a garage eyebrow, remodeled our portico, modernized our front steps, and addressed our outdoor lighting. The end result looked exactly like the rendering Joy showed us and promised to deliver! Dave was on-site everyday to check the quality of the work and was very transparent about the schedule. Both Joy and Dave stayed in contact to make sure everything was going as planned. The crews/sub contractors took good care of the property and cared about the quality of their work. The painters did such good work - very detailed. We will hire them again for our next project.
