Remodeling Product Warranties & Workmanship Warranty
If you have an issue with a product we installed for you, you've come to the right place.
First, you'll need to determine if you have a Product Warranty claim or a Workmanship Warranty claim.
Product Warranty Claims
If your issue is directly related to the product itself either not operating correctly or visually off, then you are most likely experiencing a product failure. This type of problem would be related to the product manufacturer and you will want to check the manufacturer's warranty and follow their claim instructions. Please note that while they will provide replacement product for the defective product, many manufacturers DO NOT cover the labor expense to install the replacement product.
- Windows that have condensation
- Siding that is cracked or warped
- Roof shingle discoloration
- Doors that crack, warp or splinter
- Composite deck boards that are fading in color
Workmanship Warranty Claims
If your issue is directly related to the installation of the product, then you are most likely experiencing a workmanship issue. This type of problem would be related to the installation of the product and to the contractor, EXOVATIONS.
- Windows that do not operate properly
- Siding that has separated from the house
- Roof leaks when it rains
- Doors that do not close or open properly
- Composite decks missing fasteners
