First, you'll need to determine if you have a PRODUCT Warranty claim or a WORKMANSHIP Warranty claim.
If your issue is directly related to the product itself either not operating correctly or visually off, then you are most likely experiencing a product failure. This type of problem would be related to the product manufacturer and you will want to check the manufacturer's warranty and follow their claim instructions. Please note that while they will provide replacement product for the defective product, many manufacturers DO NOT cover the labor expense to install the replacement product.
If your issue is directly related to the installation of the product, then you are most likely experiencing a workmanship issue. This type of problem would be related to the installation of the product and to the contractor, EXOVATIONS.
