Custom Carpentry and Front Porch Transformation:
- Temporarily supported the front porch roof and removed faux arches and existing columns.
- Installed new faux beams with a smooth Cedar wrap finish.
- Enhanced the front porch with 8x8 smooth cedar columns and 6x6 field cut cedar braces.
- Upgraded the porch ceiling with beaded plywood and PVC crown molding.
Rear Screen Porch Repair and Storage Room Removal:
- Removed electrical wiring from existing storage room walls under the screen porch.
- Rebuilt structural support with new posts and concrete footings along the load-bearing wall of the screen porch.
- Reconfigured electrical wiring and installed new outlets in the screen porch ceiling.
- Removed the existing ceiling in the screen porch to prepare for further finishing.
James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Replacement:
- Replaced existing siding with James Hardie primed smooth fiber cement siding.
- Installed new cedar headers over the front windows and enhanced the garage doors with new jambs and trim.
- Upgraded the front door with a Mahogany single door featuring LoE glass and exterior trim.
Sherwin Williams Exterior Painting:
- Power washed the entire house and applied Sherwin-Williams Lifetime Warranted SuperPaint to various surfaces.
- Ensured a fresh and vibrant look with multiple coats of paint on the siding, trim, doors, and porch ceilings.
TimberTech Deck Resurface:
- Resurfaced the rear deck with TimberTech decking in Brown Oak, complete with new stairs and handrails.
- Strengthened the deck structure with additional support and reinforced banding.
