The EXOVATIONS Carpenter position plays a vital role in the installation of decks, porches, windows, and doors. Carpenters must be willing to learn, be team players, and be self-motivated. The goal of the Carpenter is to move into the Lead Carpenter position by learning all the skills necessary to lead a team to provide the best customer experience possible.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Show interest and commitment in becoming a member of the EXOVATIONS team.
- Driven, confident, and results-oriented.
- Be able to follow instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team.
- Be self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Learn how to be safe and comfortable with heights.
- Be able to lift 100lbs regularly.
- 2 years of construction experience.
Key Results - The successful candidate will be able to produce the following outcomes:
- Projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.
- Safe/Clean worksites and vehicles.
- Happy EXOVATIONS customers.
- Wanting opportunities to advance to Lead Carpenter.
Compensation and Benefits:
