EXOVATIONS Architectural Designer works with sales team members creating unique exterior design options for potential clients' homes using Adobe Photoshop and other 3D rendering tools. Construction drawings/details are prepared by the Architectural Designer for all sold and permitted projects. Working in our Cumming office the Architectural Designer has the exciting opportunity to be the company's design advocate and help grow the design/build component of our business.
Key Results - The successful candidate will be able to produce the following outcomes:
• Execute amazing designs that result in signed contracts
• Grow the design department by creating confidence among Sales Team.
• Execute accurate deck and porch structural drawings for permitting and construction in appropriate time frames.
