Project Discovery

Our Project Estimators have been in the home renovation game for a long time. They know the intricate details - from unique material options, to custom fit solutions - and are ready to discuss your needs, share solutions and ideas, and take precise measurements.

Custom Design

Once you and our Project Estimator have reached a decision on your home renovation dreams, its time for our in-house Architectural Designer to get to work on your EXOvision™. This is a 3D rendering of your home portraying the completed renovation. Once your EXOvision is ready, we'll invite you in to our Design Center for a big reveal - during which you'll finalize colors and materials.

Detailed Proposal

Once all the details have been decided on, we'll present a comprehensive, written proposal of all the projects and materials, with a fixed price. After an approved review, we'll handoff to our Construction Team.

Project Manager

We'll assign a Project Manager to your home renovation who will do a thorough pre-walk of your property to review project details, schedules, and completion dates. You'll also be set up with a Client Login to stay informed on your project status.

We only use certified teams of installers and laborers - from area prep and cleanup to the intricate finishing touches. Throughout the entire process, your Exovation Project Manger will keep you informed of the status of every facet of your project, either in-person or via our Client Portal. When your project is wrapping up, he or she will schedule a final walk through.

Final Walk-Through

When the final screw is in place, and the last lick of paint applied, you'll do a thorough review of the work done with your Project Manager. At this point, any final questions or concerns can be addressed. Once you're fully satisfied, will set up a payment plan.

Outstanding experience with Exovations for a sunroom makeover. Mac was terrific as the sales rep, Oscar was an attentive Project Manager, and the crew was diligent, hard-working, and stayed late when needed. I will be utilizing them again.
I can't say enough good things about Exovations! About a year and a half ago we contracted them to redo our ENTIRE house! Long overdue. It turned out absolutely Gorgeous! Did we have a few hiccups, sure. However, everything was handled and we are SO happy! The quality of work is top notch as... I can't say enough good things about Exovations! We got to meet her and she sure is a delight! Our sales guy Jim is wonderful as well! The PM's, crew leads, and "the guys" are the best in my opinion! Can't say enough good things about them! I'll say in the past year a couple of things popped up and I made a phone call and boom! It was fixed! We are so impressed with this company they are currently doing a screened in porch and deck for us! It's coming along quite nicely! I'll keep you posted!

I am also in Real Estate and have started referring clients with bigger projects to Exovations! If you want to make your house look amazing or add an addition to your existing floorplan, these are the guys to go with! I also got to meet some of the great people who work there at a charity golf tournament and grabbed a pic with some of the staff who were super friendly to meet in person as well!! I’m also going to attach a picture of a hojse they not only modernized the entire front of the home, but also added an extension to the side of the home that was a suite for their elderly mother to be able to live in tue same house but have her own space!

My Sales rep was Wes and my Project Manager was Jake. I have only positive things to say about everything they have done and the guys that did the work. This really was a stress-free remodeling project - from beginning to end. The price quoted was the price paid. I had siding replaced, new gutters, new doors installed, and everything painted a new color. It feels like a whole new house and I love how it all came together. Would definitely use them again for another project in the future.
We had a challenging double deck, enclosed porch renovation on a (truly death-defying) slope in the back of our house that two other companies had wholeheartedly rejected even estimating after one look because it was complicated. Not EXOVATIONS. It took them a couple of days to figure out HOW... Not EXOVATIONS. It took them a couple of days to figure out HOW and not IF they could. We were so impressed with their determination and process on the deck using our architect's drawings and their adjustments, we had them estimate siding and painting the entire house (and it turns out, repairs under the old siding). They were extremely organized with time and the schedule and they are putting the finishing touches on the exterior as I type this... just EIGHT weeks, which is impressive for the amount of work they completed. Did we go over budget? Yes, but it wasn't their fault. There were other repairs that needed to be made to no fault of their own and items they couldn't have known about during estimating the projects. Our Project Manager, Wes Peavy, stayed in touch daily - sometimes a few times a day - with what was going on. Wes was great to work with and handled the issues that come along with a project like this, and issues we threw at him (you know how homeowners under renovation can be) like a pro. It was like working with a friend. I feel sure our deck project will end up being the BEFORE and AFTER pictures they use to sell hard projects, as they should. I obviously recommend them, especially for time-sensitive and especially challenging projects (although I am sure they would be happy to take easier ones too!).
