The Before Images of the Sharkey Project ....
The Sharkey project is by far, the largest renovation EXOVATIONS has completed. This home received a complete exterior facelift: siding, windows, doors, painting, gutters, leaf-x, decking, roofing, screened porch, columns, an updated portico and stonework. The process started with a consultation with Josh Bailey, Senior Sales Consultant and the plan developed from there. After discussing ideas for what the vision of the scope of work would look like, Josh took photos and submitted them to our Architectural Designer for her to make the magic happen. After a couple of weeks, The Sharkeys were presented with a 3D rendering of what their home would look like after the remodel was complete. The contract was signed, survey completed, drawings completed, permit secured and then their Project Manager, Chris Campbell was able to complete their Pre-Construction meeting. At the Pre-Construction meeting, all details of the project are discussed, dates are set for material delivery, labor installation and what to expect. This is all apart of the EXOVATIONS process to make each remodel stress free for the homeowner.
