The Carlson family wanted to make a drastic change to the exterior of their home. It was built in 1978 and they were eager to update the exterior to a modern look to match the vibe of their hip, Roswell community. We initially met with the homeowners in 2018 and they put some thought into the project and were not quite ready for the transformation until Jan of 2020. The original consultation was for roofing and windows but soon the scope of work changed into what we call an Exterior Facelift. We removed all of the existing siding with a combination of James Hardie products including smooth siding, Hardi panel and the Aspyre Reveal® Panel System which offers more modern design options, which was then painted with Sherwin Williams - Black Of Night paint. We also did a full roof replacement with our GAF Timberline HDZ Roof, in charcoal. The exterior deck was removed and replaced with TimberTech Composite deck system in architectural bronze, and Deckbrella was added underneath the deck to create a dry area below for more outdoor entertaining and enjoyment. The Carlons also received new gutters in black and new exterior doors in Raven which completed the look of their amazing transformation.
