Once a project is ready to start, the first step is for our office to contact the homeowner and schedule a pre-construction meeting with their assigned Project Manager. At this meeting, precise window measurements, door measurements, re-counts of material, color confirmations are made. The Project Manager also schedules the delivery date for each stage of material, along with location (i.e. to the R of the drive-way, in front of the dumpster). The homeowner receives a copy of the schedule digitally and has access to the schedule via the customer portal login.
